How the free trial works
We give you the full platform on day one. SMS to real patient numbers unlocks on day 15 so we can run a real trial without surprise infrastructure bills on either side.

Whitelist-only messaging
Send SMS to phone numbers on your verified staff roster (entered during onboarding). Email notifications, dispatcher dashboard, driver app, route optimization, proof of delivery — all unrestricted. Learn the product against your own phones.
Phase 2 · Day 15 onward
$25 messaging budget unlocks real patient SMS
We grant $25 of messaging — about 600 outbound SMS — billed at the same rates as production. Send to real patient numbers. Add a payment method to top up if you run out, or revert to whitelist-only until the trial ends. No surprise charges.
No credit card required to start. Subscription fee is fully waived for the entire trial.
Published caps, no surprises
Every plan publishes its active-deliveries-per-day, SMS-per-minute, and API-per-minute caps directly on its plan card. If your operation needs more, upgrade or talk to us about Enterprise — no fine print, no judgment calls. Accounts running 10× over their normal baseline get an automated review (we'll contact you first; this exists to stop compromised API keys and abuse, not surprise legitimate growth).
